Kempinski Hotel Suzhou, a hotel in SIP, was awarded as one of the “2025 Douyin Life Services·Pioneer Growth Hotels of the Year” at the 2025 Douyin Life Services Northern Region Annual Summit held in Chongli, Zhangjiakou, Hebei province on Feb 2.

The award celebrates hotels and travel service companies excelling in digitalization and high-quality development. Kempinski Hotel Suzhou garnered the award for its outstanding performance in digital operations, brand innovation and service quality.

Last year, the hotel achieved over RMB20 million in sales through the platform of Douyin (Chinese version of TikTok), driven by excellent content operation, live-stream marketing, and positive guest feedback.

As a member within the SIP-based Jinji Lake Hotel Group, the hotel is managed by the global hotel brand Kempinski. Blending European elegance with Jiangnan cultural elements, it has been improving its services in recent years to ensure a high-quality experience for guests.
