SIP has launched the 2026 on-campus recruitment program recently, inviting young graduates nationwide to build their careers in it.

The program is sponsored by the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Development of the CPC SIP Working Committee, and organized by SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd. From mid-March to mid-April, recruiters from SIP will tour along four routes to visit over 20 universities and colleges across the country to offer job opportunities to graduating students there.

Meanwhile, a series of live streams and two online information sessions are scheduled on popular social media platforms for graduating students to submit resumes and join interviews.

Moreover, an event in mid-April will gather job and internship opportunities from listed companies, multinationals, state-owned enterprises and enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products.

It is worth mentioning that generous subsidies are available, including transportation allowance of up to RMB2,000 and free accommodation for eligible job seekers, monthly internship subsidies, and substantial settling-in allowances for young talents.
