SIP recently held an event at Yangtze River Overseas Investment Service Center, doing its bit in facilitating China-Italy economic and trade cooperation. The event offered a number of Chinese and Italian companies an opportunity to better understand the two countries’ business environment and policies and seek opportunities for cross-border investments.
During the event, Cristiana Barbatelli, CEO of Barbatelli & Partners, delivered an overview of the investment climate in Italy, providing Chinese enterprises eyeing the European market with detailed regulatory policies and market analysis. The representative from Yangtze River Overseas Investment Service Center gave the participants a comprehensive presentation on SIP’s business environment and industrial ecosystem.
Through the event, companies from Italy’s intelligent manufacturing and high-end service sectors and those from SIP’s new energy, artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, robotics and human resources sectors enhanced understanding of each other. Five companies shared their experience in international collaboration.
In the free discussion session, the participants engaged in in-depth conversations about cross-border cooperation models. Companies interested in investing in Italy explored collaboration opportunities with professional service agencies from Italy.
